Planting commenced in 1996 with 500 Manzanillo and Paragon trees planted on a red sandy hill below the homestead. 

A smaller experimental multi varietal grove was planted in 1998 before a larger irrigated grove of 4000 trees with Frantoio, Corregiola, Arbequina, Coratina, and Picual varieties was gradually established after the year 2000. 

All groves are producing solid harvestable yields (Olivecare grower #2013). 

Excess oil production is sold to Gwydir Olives (HACCP accredited) in Inverell which also handles all our olive processing.
