The oliviQue story

When John and Sue left Sydney in 1980 with two young daughters to make a living on a farming and grazing property at Coolatai in North West NSW they longed for the clean, crisp country environs and the challenge of doing their own thing. They had no idea they would soon be nurturing their own olive grove and manufacturing high quality natural cosmetics.

Diversifying into olive growing in 1995, their olive grove now supplies the cold pressed extra virgin olive oil which was destined to become the central focus of their ‘olivique’ moisturiser range. ‘Extra virgin olive oil inside and out’ soon became their catch cry.

Sue’s flair for cosmetics manufacture and formulating exciting, and functional recipes using natural ingredients has generated a devoted following in the local area and all who sample her products. Sue is a true artisan in every sense of the word, expressing all her passion for olive oil and aromatherapy in the luxurious olivique moisturiser range.

While many generic cosmetics specify chemical preservatives, artificial colourings and fragrances, and petroleum based ingredients on their labels, Sue has chosen the natural ingredients pathway ensuring that skin has every chance of responding positively to the pampering these moisturisers so readily deliver.
